This is an 18th-century building comprised of two properties, 123 and 125 London Road, Holybourne. The building is two storeys high with an attic, and has three bays. It is constructed of colour-washed brick with a tiled roof. The ground floor has a central six-panelled door, which is covered by a flat, moulded hood. Flanking the door on either side are single, segment-headed tripartite casement windows. The first floor features three segment-headed casement windows; the central one has two lights, and the other two have three. There are two gabled dormers in the roof. The right-hand return is tile hung in its upper part, and a single-storey extension is present to the left.
