Description

The Beeches is a late 18th century to early 19th century building located on the north-west side of London Road in Holybourne. This two-storey structure features three bays and is constructed of colour-washed brick with a tiled roof.

On the ground floor, there are two recessed sash windows flanking a central glazed door, which is set in a deep panelled reveal with an arched head and a fanlight displaying a radiating and concentric circular pattern. The entrance is framed by a porch supported by slender Tuscan columns, which is accessed by two moulded stone steps. The first floor has three recessed sash windows, each four panes wide, and is topped by a moulded and dentilled brick cornice.
