Description
The Bourne is an 18th-century building located at No. 22 Church Lane in Holybourne. It is two storeys tall and constructed of colour-washed brick with an old tile roof. The ground floor features two sash windows and a central modern glazed door set within a simplified Tuscan porch. The first floor also has two sash windows. To the right of the main structure, there is a single-storey modern extension.
