Description

Holybourne House is a 17th-century house that has been altered. It is two storeys high and has five bays. The house is timber-framed with brick facing and an old tile roof. The ground floor features a central modern porch with Tuscan piers and a segmental pediment, and four windows. A brick band runs along the first floor level. The first floor has five windows, all mullioned and transomed leaded casements. A moulded eaves cornice is present. To the right is a projecting gabled wing with some tile hanging. Within this wing is a single rectangular bay window that extends through the ground and first floors and terminates in a gable with decorative plasterwork.
