Description

The building comprises Nos 1 and 3, Lower Neatham Mill Lane, along with Nos 155 and 157 London Road. Dating from the early 18th century, it is a two-storey structure with an attic. The construction is painted brick with a tile roof. The ground floor features a broad, segment-headed window, a square mullioned and transomed window, a doorway, two recessed sash windows with altered cills and lintels, a doorway sheltered by a moulded hood, and another altered recessed sash window. A band runs along the first-floor level on the left side, where three dormer windows are also located within the roof. The first floor has a tripartite window, two square mullioned and transomed windows, two recessed sash windows with altered cills and lintels, and two further altered recessed sash windows. The returns of the building reveal the entrances to Nos 1 and 3, Lower Neatham Mill Lane.
