Description

Bridge Cottage is a building from the 17th and 18th centuries, with some modern alterations. It has two storeys and an attic, featuring two windows. The roof is half-hipped and covered with tiles, and there are two small gabled dormers. The walls are made of red brick laid in Flemish bond with blue headers, and there is a band at the first floor level. The windows are casements. A modern gabled brick porch has been added to the front. At the rear, there is exposed timber-framing, and an old window frame, which is now filled in, is visible above the porch. On the east side, there is a lower modern wing that matches the style of the main building.
