Description

Lilac Cottage and Fayreleigh is an 18th-century L-shaped house that stands two storeys tall and features two windows. The building has a tiled roof and a large tapered chimney on the west side. The upper floor has a thin exposed timber frame that is brick-nogged, while the lower sections are constructed with other brick walling. The house has modern casement windows and an open gabled porch with a half-glazed door.
