Well House is a building that dates from the 16th and 17th centuries, with some modern alterations. It is two storeys high and features four windows. The building has a prominent tiled roof with half-hips. The exposed timber frame is complemented by herringbone brick infill. The windows are casements, and there is a half-timbered modern porch.
