Description
Mill House is a building from the 18th and 19th centuries located off London Road in Laverstoke. It features a symmetrical facade on the west side, consisting of two storeys and an attic, with a window arrangement of one, one, and one. There is a later set-back addition on the north side. The roof is modern, tiled, and half-hipped, with a pediment or gable above the slightly projected center. The eaves have brick dentils, and there are two modern flat-roofed dormers. The walls are made of red brick in Flemish bond with rubbed flat arches and a plinth. The windows are sash style, and there are two Victorian angular bay windows on the ground floor. The doorcase features a moulded cornice, narrow pilasters that curve at the top like brackets, a reeded frieze, an architrave, flush-panelled reveals, and a decorative fanlight.
