Description

Pear Tree Cottage is an early 19th-century square Gothic cottage, resembling a toll-house. It stands two storeys high and features two windows. The building is constructed of ashlar and has a wide eaves cornice. The hipped slate roof adds to its distinctive appearance. The casement windows each have two wide pointed lights with diamond-shaped panes. The doorway is topped with a flat hood supported by brackets.
