Description

This is an early 17th century timber-framed building located on Upper Cowden, near Mayfield Five Ashes. Originally timber-framed, the building was later faced with red brick with grey headers on the ground floor, and tile hung above. It has a tiled roof and casement windows. The building is two storeys high and has three windows.
