Description

Plaw Hatch Hall is an ashlar mansion built in 1874 by William R Arbuthnott. It is a three-story building with five windows. The roof is tiled. Casement windows are fitted with stone mullions. The south front is characterised by three gables. The west, or entrance, front features a central projection accentuated by buttresses and a gable. A four-centred stone archway is present, bearing a cartouche with the initials W R A and M H A. Gabled dormers flank either side of the archway.
