Sayerland House is an L-shaped house from the 17th century or earlier, which was refaced in the 18th century. It is two storeys high and has five windows. The north front is stuccoed and features long and short quoins. The roof is tiled, and the house has sash windows with intact glazing bars. There are two curved bays with three lights each on both floors, and a similar bay on the first floor only, with the ground floor below it forming a porch supported by two columns. The east wall is partly tile-hung, while the back is faced with red brick and has casement windows.
