Description

The Rectory is a large house with origins in the 18th century or early 19th century, although the eastern rear section is older. It is two storeys high and has nine windows facing the front. The house is constructed of red brick with grey brick headers. The glazing bars have been lost from the windows. The central three windows are set back, featuring an unusual ground-floor veranda of a segmental shape, supported by slender iron columns and covered by a lead roof.
