Description

The Dorset Arms Hotel is a 15th century timber-framed building that has been altered over time. It stands two storeys high with an attic and features four windows. The exterior is now faced with brick and tile hanging, both of which are painted, and it sits on a stone base. The roof is tiled, and there are casement windows, some of which have pointed Gothic panes. At the north end, there is a gable with scalloped barge-boards, and a 19th century porch is present. Inside, the hotel has ceiling beams and open fireplaces.
