Description

The headstone for Thomas Curtis is located 7 yards north of the Church of St Dunstan in Mayfield, dating from 1816 and crafted by Jonathan Harmer. It is made of stone and features an inset terracotta winged cherub's head. The stone is rounded and shouldered, though it shows some damage noted during the last survey. The headstone is inscribed with the name Thomas Curtis, who died in 1816.
