Description

Pear Trees is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed cottage located on Laughton Lewes Road. The building is now faced with painted brick on the ground floor and tile-hung above. It features a half-hipped tiled roof with a half-hipped gable at the west end and has casement windows. The cottage is two storeys tall and has a ground floor addition that extends in front of the east end. There are two windows on the front.
