Description

Chapel Cottages, also known as Nos 4 and 5, is a building from the 18th century or earlier, located on South Street in Mayfield. It stands two storeys high and features three windows. The ground floor is constructed of brick, while the upper floor is tile-hung, with both levels currently painted. A cornice of brick cogging separates the two. The roof is tiled, and the building has casement windows. The doorways are adorned with flat hoods supported by brackets.
