Formerly called Shrub Farm, but this is now another house. Early mid C19. Two storeys. Four windows. Stuccoed. Eaves cornice. Slate roof. Long and short quoins at north end only. Glazing bars intact. One window bay (not central) projects with a doorway with pilasters, projecting cornice and door of six moulded panels.
