Description

Mill Cottage, formerly known as Nos 1 and 2 Rose Cottages, is a building that dates from the 17th century or earlier. It was originally two cottages and stands two storeys high with four windows. The structure is made of stone rubble, featuring dressings and a stringcourse of red brick and grey headers. The roof is tiled, and the windows are casement style. Additionally, there is a cellar beneath the building that dates back to around 1300.
