Description

Dated 1690, though partly built earlier, Spraysbridge Farmhouse is a two-story building with five windows. It is constructed of red brick and grey headers laid alternately, with a stringcourse composed of three courses of brick, the central course featuring cogging. The eaves have a decorative cornice supported by modillions. The roof is tiled. Casement windows are present, and the date "1690" is inscribed above the doorway, accompanied by the initials "S A E."
