Late C19 saw mill, driven by water. Included as a rare example of a saw-mill driven by water. One storey and attic. Red brick. Tiled roof in three ridges. Three weatherboarded gables to west with casement windows. Continuous glazing to ground floor. Water-wheel of sixteen foot diameter dating from 1891.
