Description

The Saw Mill is a late 19th-century water-driven sawmill, recognized as a rare example of its kind. It is a single storey building with an attic, constructed of red brick and featuring a tiled roof with three ridges. The west side has three weatherboarded gables, each with casement windows, and there is continuous glazing on the ground floor. Notably, the mill has a water-wheel with a diameter of sixteen feet, which dates from 1891.
