Description

Bantony is an L-shaped building located on London Road in Salehurst. The south wing dates back to the 18th century, although some older fabric exists within, and was altered in the 19th century. It is two storeys and has an attic, with four windows and three gabled dormers. The exterior is tile-hung, with a tiled roof and intact glazing bars. A window bay with a gable was added to the east in the 19th century. The north wing is from the early 19th century, consisting of one storey and a semi-basement, with three windows and constructed of red brick.
