Description

Numbers 1-5 on Tower Street are part of a terrace built around 1800. The building is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, with number 9 painted. It features a stone parapet, a tiled roof, and two brick chimneystacks. The structure has two storeys and five windows, which include cambered 12-pane sashes. There are paired doorcases for numbers 9 and 10, and 11 and 12, along with a single doorcase for number 13. All doorcases have cornices and pilasters, with four flush panelled doors, except for number 9, which has a 20th-century replacement door. Stone steps lead up to the street.
