Description
Lower Tolhurst is a small farmhouse that has been converted into two cottages. It dates from the 17th century or earlier and is two storeys high with three windows. The ground floor is finished in painted brick, while the upper level features weatherboarding. The roof is half-hipped and covered with tiles, and the windows are casement style.
