Description

Claphatch is a house, believed to have a timber-frame structure that was re-faced during the 19th century. It is two storeys high and has four windows. The ground floor is faced with red brick and grey brick headers, while the upper floor is clad in tiles. A non-central gable is present, and the roof is slate-covered. The windows are casement windows. The ground floor includes three modern bays.
