Description

This building is a barn, now used as garages, located at Great Dixter to the north of the house. It dates from the 18th century or earlier and is faced with weatherboarding. The structure features sprocket eaves and originally had a thatched roof, which has since been replaced with wooden shingles and is hipped in design.
