Description

The Mount is a T-shaped building dating from the 15th and 16th centuries, located on Folkestone Road in East Guldeford. It features two parallel ranges that run east-west, with the south range originating in the 15th century and the north range and north wing from the 16th century. The building is timber-framed with plaster infilling and has curved braces on the first floor. The ground floor has been rebuilt in red brick and stone, and it is topped with a tiled roof. The Mount has two storeys and includes three casement windows.
