Description

Sunnyside is an 18th-century building on the east side of Main Street, Northiam. It is two storeys high and has two windows. The exterior is weatherboarded, with a tiled roof. There are casement windows. Two small ground-floor bays have a slated hood above them, and these likely functioned as a shop at one time.
