Description

Hayes Farmhouse is an early 19th-century building located on the east side of Main Street in Northiam. It is two storeys high and features two windows. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the upper storey is tile-hung. The roof is tiled, and the building has casement windows. There is a doorway with a flat hood supported by brackets. A modern addition consisting of one window-bay in red brick has been made to the north of the farmhouse.
