Description
The former National Westminster Bank and 28 High Street is an early 19th-century building located on the north side of High Street in Ticehurst. It is two storeys tall and features four windows. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the upper storey is tile-hung. The building has a hipped slate roof, although the glazing bars are missing. There is a 19th-century bay window on the ground floor at one end and another bay window at the opposite end. In between these, there is a doorway framed by a moulded architrave surround, topped with a flat hood supported by brackets. The doorway is accessed by four steps.
