Description

Croft Villa is an early 19th-century building located on the north side of Ticehurst High Street. It stands two storeys tall and features three windows. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the upper storey is tile-hung. The building has a wide eaves bracket cornice and a hipped slate roof. The glazing bars are intact. There is a small porch that leads to the doorway, which is accessed by five steps and includes a rectangular fanlight above a door with six moulded and fielded panels.
