Description

The granary, dating from the 18th century, is constructed in Sussex bond brickwork with some 19th-century patching. It features a hipped roof covered with old tiles. The front of the building has two 20th-century metal windows, which are set behind older cumbered arches. On the ground floor, there are three blocked round-headed arches, indicating that the internal floor level was likely originally just above these arches. The building is adorned with a modillion eaves cornice and has hipped loading bays at either end.
