Description
This is an 18th-century L-shaped farmhouse with origins in an earlier structure, evidenced by a chimney breast on the east wall. The north front faces the road and is faced with flints, featuring a stringcourse, window surrounds, and long and short quoins of white brick. The west and south walls are faced with black mathematical tiles, while the east wall combines flints with weather tiles. The roof has a hipped design and is tiled, with intact glazing bars in the windows. A doorway is distinguished by engaged columns, a pediment, a semi-circular fanlight, and a six-panel moulded door. A low red brick wall, topped with an iron railing and terminating in brick piers with ball caps, runs along the north edge of the garden. This wall connects to a taller flint wall to the west.
