South Heighton Farmhouse is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys high with an attic. It features three windows and two dormers. The exterior is stuccoed, and it has a slate roof with intact glazing bars. A notable feature is the trellised wooden porch, which has a tent-shaped canopy.
