Description

Forge Cottage, formerly two dwellings, dates from the 18th century. It is a two-storey building with six windows, constructed of red brick with grey headers and topped with a tiled roof. The windows are casement style, and there is a stringcourse on the Wheelwrights section. A modern porch has been added. To the north of Forge Cottage is a shed that was formerly the Wheelwright's workshop, which is faced with weather-boarding and has a pantiled roof.
