Description

The Yews is an 18th-century building located in Cooksbridge, Hamsey. It is two storeys high and features three windows. The structure is constructed of red brick and has a string course along its facade. A modillion eaves cornice adorns the roof, which is tiled. The windows are casement style, and the doorway is topped with a flat hood supported by brackets, leading to a door with six fielded panels, two of which are glazed. Inside, the principal ground floor room retains old gun racks fixed above the fireplace.
