Description

Choisya is a small early 19th-century terrace building located on Newick Church Road. It is two storeys high and features three windows. The building is constructed of red brick and has a slate roof, with intact glazing bars. There are bays on both floors at each end of the terrace. On the ground floor, there is a central veranda with a central bay, flanked by hoods on each side that have tongued pelmets.
