Description

Longford Farmhouse is an L-shaped building, likely dating from the 16th century. It is timber-framed with plaster infilling and features curved braces on the west and north fronts. The east front has been refaced with red brick on the ground floor and is tile-hung above. Each wing has a gable end. The first floor of the south front extends over the protruding ends of the floor joists and is supported by brackets. The farmhouse has a tiled roof and casement windows, standing two storeys tall with a total of six windows.
