Description

The Parish Church of St Margaret is located in Isfield. The church features a chancel, a nave with a north aisle, a Shurley chapel replacing the south transept, a south porch, and a west tower. The tower dates back to the 12th century, while the rest of the church was built in the 13th and 14th centuries. Inside the Shurley chapel, there is a notable monument dedicated to Sir John Shurley, who passed away in 1631. The church is listed as Grade I for its tower and Shurley chapel.
