Description
Mayfield Farmhouse is a late 17th century to early 18th century building constructed of red brick, featuring a tiled roof with gable ends and two small hipped dormers. The farmhouse has two storeys and an attic, with two windows that are casements with glazing bars; the ground floor windows have cambered heads. The doorway is off centre, and the hoods over the doorways have been removed. Originally two cottages, they have now been re-united as one. There are brick chimney stacks located over the end walls and a string course running along the building.
