Description

This early 19th century building on the west side of All Saints Street has been altered over time. It is constructed of painted brick with a slated roof, and features a parapet. The building is two storeys high and has one window. The ground floor includes a canted bay with sash windows lacking glazing bars, and a doorway to the left, above which is a rectangular fanlight. On the first floor, a doorway with side lights sits within a segmental-headed opening leading to a balcony with iron railings. The balcony and door are later alterations, or the door may have originally served as access to a loft. The building is included on the list for its contribution to the wider group value of the listed buildings in All Saints' Street.
