Description
Pearmain Cottage is a small house dating from the mid-18th century, with alterations made in the 20th century. It features painted render and a hipped old tile roof, and is designed in an L-plan with the narrow end facing the road. The building has two storeys and includes one chimney with an offset head and clay pots. The west front, which faces the road, has a four-panel door with a 20th-century pedimented hood to the left, and sash windows with glazing bars in flush box frames on both the ground and first floors to the right. There is also a set-back extension on the left with one window on the ground floor. The interior has not been inspected.
