Description

Applehouse Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the late 18th century, with alterations made in the 20th century. It is constructed of brick and features an old tile hipped roof. The building has a nearly square plan and includes a small lean-to extension on the right side. It stands two storeys high and has two chimneys on the left and right roof slopes. The front is symmetrical with three bays, featuring two sash windows with glazing bars on the ground floor and a central six-panelled entrance door, of which the top two panels are glazed. This door is sheltered by a later old tile gabled entrance porch supported by wooden posts.
