Description

This is a cottage dating from the late 18th century, located to the north-west of Lynchets in Upper Lambourn. The building is two storeys high and features a thatched roof. Its exterior is constructed from sarsen stone and painted brick, and it projects forward from Lynchets. On the first floor, there are two casement windows with three lights, while the ground floor has a casement window with a cambered head and another window with three lights, along with a plain boarded door to the right. At the rear, there is a 1½ storey extension that also has a thatched roof and an end chimney.
