Description

The Whale Tomb, located 13 metres southeast of the south corner of the church in Hungerford, is a Grade II listed tomb dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of stone and features a plain chest with a flat slab resting on a rectangular base. The tomb is inscribed to John Wnle and his wife Sarah.
