Description

31 The Broadway is a 16th-century house that has been converted into a shop. It features a timber-framed structure with rendered walls and planted timbers on the first floor. The roof is made of old tiles and has a half-hipped cross wing that projects to the left, along with a gabled semi-dormer on the right. There are chimney stacks on both the left and right sides of the building. The house has two framed bays and is one and a half storeys tall. The windows are arranged irregularly, with one glazing bar sash window on the first floor to the left and two 20th-century shop windows on the ground floor. The central doorway has a 20th-century glazed door.
