Description

Crown House is a house, now used as a shop, dating to the 17th and mid-18th century. The front is of painted brick with a dentil eaves cornice above an old tile roof, and there is a timber-framed wing at the rear. The building is two storeys high, with four bays. It has glazing bar sashes with exposed wooden boxes and segmental heads. A half-glazed door is located in the third bay from the left, featuring a rectangular fanlight and a flat hood supported by brackets.
