Part of the Bull Hotel, this building dates from the late 17th century and has been altered over time. Originally known as the Saracens Head Inn, it features a stone construction with a steeply pitched slate roof and brick chimney stacks. The building is two storeys high, with a door located to the right of the centre, topped by a cornice hood. To the left of the door is a sash window, while there are canted bay windows on either side. The first floor has three-light casements above the bays and a sash window in the centre.
