Description

Manor Cottage is a small house that was originally three cottages, built in the early 19th century in the style of the 17th century. The structure is made of rubble stone with stone dressings and features a tiled roof with stone-coped gables. It has large stone base chimneys with brick shafts at each end. The building is two storeys high with lower wings at either end. There are two gabled half-dormers with stone copings, and on the ground floor, there are two windows, all of which are two-light casements with ornamental cast iron lattice pattern glazing and flat stone arches. The lower wings each have one bay and the rear wing, which was formerly the third cottage, has similar windows.
